Book and Supply Fee: $175 per student, due and payable to WHCS at enrollment.

Activity Fee: $30 per student. Fee covers field trips, class parties, and field day, due and payable to WHCS no later than September 08, 2010. Students with unpaid activity fees, after September 08, 2010, will not be able to participate in field trips or class parties until payment is received in full.

New Enrollment: A $75 fee must accompany each new student application for admission. This fee covers the cost of accumulating school records and ACSI membership. Placement testing fee is $40, additional where applicable. Placement testing is done for new students only, K -7th grade.

Re-enrollment: A $50 enrollment fee must accompany each re-enrollment application within the re-enrollment period. Fee covers ongoing records, achievement testing, and ACSI membership.

Book and Supply Fee: $275 per student, due and payable to WHCS at enrollment or no later than May 28, 2010. Late charges will be assessed on all overdue balances.

Activity Fee: Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd Grades - $30 per student.  Grades 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, & 7th- $50 per student. Fee covers field trips, class parties, and field day, due and payable to no later than September 08, 2010. Students with unpaid activity fees, after September 08, 2010, will not be able to participate in field trips or class parties until payment is received in full.

FINANCIAL POLICY for 2010-2011 School Year
Tuition and fee commitments are for the FULL SCHOOL YEAR regardless of withdrawal, expulsion or other reason. Tuition Assurance exists, if desired, to assist you in unforeseen circumstances. Parents of students may satisfy their contractual obligation for the full payment of their student's educational expense by either of three options.

Option 1:
Payment of tuition in full to Willo-Hill Christian School by August 2, 2010 with 1% discount. (May obtain optional Tuition Assurance.) 1% discount not available if tuition payment is paid after August 1, 2010.

Option 2:
60% payment of tuition by August 2, 2010, and 40% payment of tuition by January 4, 2011. Families will be billed by Smart Tuition.  Smart Tuition is required with a one time fee of $43.00 per family.  Tuition Assurance is highly recommended. Option 2 payments may be made by credit/debit card online or by phone, auto deduction, or by check/money order.

Option 3:
10-month tuition payment plan utilizing Smart Tuition. Families will be billed monthly by Smart Tuition.  Smart Tuition is required with a one time fee of $43.00 per family. Tuition Assurance is required and is paid directly to WHCS.  Option 3 payments are by automatic deductions only.

Any account that is delinquent will result in suspension of student/students until account is brought current/paid to date.  Grade Report Cards, records and transcripts will not be released until arrangements have been made to bring account current.  A $25 service charge will be assessed for each RETURNED CHECK (NSF).

An education at WHCS is a thing of great value.  Investing in your child's education is one of the greatest investments you can make.  However, we understand not all who desire to attend WHCS have the means to do so.
