K4 ADDITIONAL FEES - NON REFUNDABLE
1. New Enrollment Fee: A $50 fee must accompany each new student application.
1. Book and Supply Fee: $75 per student, due and payable to WHCS at enrollment.

Activity Fee: $30 per student. Fee covers field trips, class parties, and field day, due and payable to WHCS no later than September 12, 2008. Students with unpaid activity fees, after September 12, 2008, will not be able to participate in field trips or class parties until payment is received in full.

GRADES KINDERGARTEN - 6 ADDITIONAL FEES - NON REFUNDABLE
1. New Enrollment/Late Re-enrollment: A $75 fee must accompany each new student or late re-enrollment application for admission. This fee covers the cost of accumulating school records and ACSI membership. Placement testing fee is $40, additional.

1. Re-enrollment: A $50 enrollment fee must accompany each re-enrollment application within the re-enrollment period. Fee covers ongoing records, achievement testing, and ACSI membership.

1. Book and Supply Fee: $175 per student, due and payable to WHCS at enrollment or no later than May 30, 2008. Late charges will be assessed on all overdue balances.

57381. Activity Fee: Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd Grades - $30 per student, Grades 3, 4, 5, & 6 - $50 per student. Fee covers field trips, class parties, and field day, due and payable to no later than September 12, 2008. FINANCIAL POLICY for 2008-2009 School Year
Tuition and fee commitments are for the FULL SCHOOL YEAR regardless of withdrawal, expulsion or other reason. Tuition Assurance exists, if desired, to assist you in unforeseen circumstances. Parents of students may satisfy their contractual obligation for the full payment of their student's educational expense by either of three options.

Option 1:
Payment of tuition in full to Willo-Hill Christian School by August 1, 2008 with 1% discount. (May obtain optional Tuition Assurance.) 1% discount not available if tuition payment is paid after August 1, 2008.

Option 2:
60% payment, of tuition, to WHCS by August 1, 2008, and 40% payment of tuition, utilizing Automated Clearing House (ACH) or Invoice Tuition Payment Agreement to Facts Tuition Management, by January 5, 2009. Any family contract canceled by Facts Tuition Management renders balance of Facts Tuition Management contract plus any fees DUE AND PAYABLE, immediately, to the school. (Optional Tuition Assurance is recommended.)

Option 3:
10-month tuition payment plan utilizing Facts Tuition Management by Automated Clearing House (ACH), Invoice Tuition Payment Plan (check payment) or Credit Card Option. Tuition Assurance required. Monthly tuition payments are due to Facts Tuition Management by the 5th of each month, July through April. Any family contract canceled by Facts Tuition Management renders balance of Facts Tuition Management contract plus any fees DUE AND PAYABLE, immediately, to the school.

Any account that is two months delinquent will result in suspension of student/students until account is brought current/paid to date! A $25 service charge will be assessed for each RETURNED CHECK (NSF). Payments received by WHCS after the 10th of the month are late and will be assessed a $20 late charge. Both Facts Tuition Management and WHCS assess separate late charges for late transactions on open balances. Payments to Facts Tuition Management or WHCS after an NSF incident, contract suspension, or (2) late payments, must be made by Automated Clearing House (ACH) through end of the outstanding balance.

An education at WHCS is a thing of great value.  Investing in your child's education is one of the greatest investments you can make.  However, we understand not all who desire to attend WHCS have the means to do so.
